In 2026, leadership success requires more than skills—it requires rethinking the hidden beliefs that silently shape our behaviors. This interactive session invites professionals and people leaders to explore the internal scripts that keep us stuck in ‘doing’ mode instead of leading boldly. Drawing on recent research and Dale Carnegie's time tested development tools, we’ll uncover what to stop doing, what to start doing, and how to rewrite your leadership mindset for the future of work.

Session Objectives:

• Increase awareness of how hidden beliefs shape leadership behavior and limit effectiveness in today’s fast-changing workplace.
• Explore common hidden belief patterns that hold us back from strategic impact.
• Identify one hidden belief to retire and one new leadership belief to adopt in 2026, and commit to a concrete action to put it into practice.
