Join us May 22, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Central Time at The Heights Community Center for this interactive learning session designed to equip leaders with the mindset, tools, and behaviors to effectively navigate and lead through times of change. Participants will explore their own responses to change, discover ways to support others, and gain insight into organizational change strategies that create momentum and lasting impact.

Through reflection, real-world application, and collaborative discussion, participants will leave with a deeper understanding of their role in accelerating change and inspiring confidence during transition.

About the Speaker

Misty Janks, an organizational psychologist and strategic leader, is CEO of the Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities. Misty has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership and is skilled at creating holistic business approaches that unleash the power and potential of people inside the organization.
