AI for OD Professionals: Tools, Tips, and Inspiration

Join us February 20, 2025 from 12 – 1:30 p.m. Central Time for this virtual session. Learn how to use the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to better illustrate organization development design concepts and pique the curiosity of individuals in the organizations you’re working with.

Attendees will learn about different AI tools and how they can be used to more deeply engage people in the design and prototyping process. We will also discuss new opportunities and applications in which these tools can enhance and inject further life into organization development projects and interventions.

This updated popular presentation that John Hildebrand shared at the International Organization Development Network Summit in 2024 will include:

  • Using ChatGPT and Canva to prototype project proposals

  • Using Perplexity and Mentimeter to prototype stakeholder input surveys

  • Using Claude to prototype org charts for organizational restructuring
