The St. Louis Organization Development Network (STL-ODN) is inviting you to a non-traditional program –  A FREE OD Book Club Conversations Session

STL-ODN members and guests can participate in one of three virtual book discussions during our meeting time, 12-1:30 pm CDT on Thursday, July 18, 2024.

Whether you’re looking to develop your consulting skills or build strategic planning skills in internal communications or organizational learning, we’ve got you covered with our three offerings:

• The Trusted Learning Advisor: The Tools, Techniques and Skills You Need to Make L&D a Business Priority by Keith Keating
• Internal Communication Strategy: Design, Develop and Transform your Organizational Communication by Rachel Miller
• Humble Consulting: How to Provide Real Help Faster by Edgar H. Schein

Registration is now open so that you have time to obtain and read the book you plan to discuss. Here’s how it will work.

1. Pick a skill-building area and buy one of the above books.
2. Register to attend and identify your book selection.
3. Invite a colleague or your whole team to join!
4. Get reading! Jot down notes and insights as you go.
5. Attend the session.
6. After a brief introduction, we’ll put you in the appropriate breakout room based on your registration.
7. You’ll connect with OD colleagues while building critical skills and learning new approaches to increase your impact at work.
