Learn from Real-Life Experiences in Change Management


Program Summary

    Join us on February 22 from 4:30 - 6 PM at The Heights Community Center (or virtually on Zoom) to hear real-life examples from three experienced change management practitioners. During this panel-style discussion, each speaker will share the case history of a recent initiative including data that supported the need and the business case for the intervention, the change process used, challenges faced, the evaluation methods, and reported efficacy of the intervention. After each panelists shares, there will be time for Q&A.

          About the Panelists:

          Michelle Sevier, MBA, Organizational Effectiveness Director at Mercy

          Michelle Sevier, MBA, Organizational Effectiveness Director at Mercy – Michelle currently leads a team focused on organizational development and change implementation strategies for Mercy Health’s merger and acquisition efforts. The team works collaboratively across the Mercy ministry with operational leaders to focus on diagnosing organizational gaps, determining appropriate interventions, and deploying organizational effectiveness tools and processes to empower and reinforce effective and sustainable capability building and achieve desired strategic outcomes.



          Loren Wilson, MS, Organizational Change Management Manager at Ameren Loren Wilson, MS, Organizational Change Management Manager at Ameren - Loren leads the Organizational Change Management Center of Excellence at Ameren. She is a PROSCI-certified change management professional and trainer and is a certified executive coach. She holds a Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University. Before coming to Ameren, she led the change management function for a regional division of Monsanto/Bayer and worked with several organizations as an independent change consultant. Her passion for change management was born from the lessons she learned leading transformations in a rapidly changing publishing industry for over 20 years.
