Summary: Due to the inherent nature of oppression and power, many people, including seasoned organizational development (OD) practitioners, are ill-equipped to address issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and related issues of power in meaningful and sustainable ways. In pursuit of our goals to be and train transformational leaders capable of addressing our greatest challenges as a society (e.g. ‘the Great Resignation,’ political tension, national mental health crisis, various-isms, etc.), OD practitioners must continue to build a ‘toolbox’ of resources to help us in our personal and professional roles as change agents.

About the Facilitator:
Dr. Reuben is a multi-talented human who is driven by passion for maximizing innate potential in people and organizations.
