Has this ever happened to you? You’re ready to take that next step in your career, but you never make time to talk to your boss about it? You want to follow your passion and purpose in life, but each time you try, the negative voice inside your head stops you in your tracks? Or you want to achieve the goal you have set for yourself, but you question if you have the right strengths to make it happen? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you are ready to Stop Living Life on the Sidelines and Start Living B.O.L.D!

Join Eric Currie on April 10 @ 8:00 a.m. at the STL-ODN monthly meeting for this empowering, inspiring, and high energy message. He will help you harness the power of YOU by using psychology-based techniques that will shift your mindset and create behaviors to overcome your fear of change and make your 2022 a little less complicated.

Learning objectives

Make change a little easier by:

· Embracing who you are through the strengths you have

· Create impact in your life by observing what's working and what's not

· Build your resilience through self-compassion

· Implementing three simple change strategies to drive connection with clients and colleagues

About the Facilitator:

The question “why do people choose not to change” is what has fueled Eric’s passion on why others, and even himself, choose the status quo over the possibility of something better.

With a professional background in Change Management, and a designation of certified Change Practitioner, Eric’s own personal journey through change has taught him that, with the right tools, each of us can hit reset and conquer change.

Eric focuses on making change a little easier with simple, yet powerful, change strategies that create an emotional connection to make change happen within the person, the team and the organization.

In 2016, Eric started a grassroots effort to bring the power of Clifton Strengths to a large financial services organization allowing individuals to connect with their strengths and drive their individual change. To date, more than 1,200 individuals and numerous teams have benefited from his programs, coaching and training.
