About the Facilitator:
The question “why do people choose not to change” is what has fueled Eric’s passion on why others, and even himself, choose the status quo over the possibility of something better.
With a professional background in Change Management, and a designation of certified Change Practitioner, Eric’s own personal journey through change has taught him that, with the right tools, each of us can hit reset and conquer change.
Eric focuses on making change a little easier with simple, yet powerful, change strategies that create an emotional connection to make change happen within the person, the team and the organization.
In 2016, Eric started a grassroots effort to bring the power of Clifton Strengths to a large financial services organization allowing individuals to connect with their strengths and drive their individual change. To date, more than 1,200 individuals and numerous teams have benefited from his programs, coaching and training.
