The goal of this session is to share exclusive, fresh content creating space for reflective engagement and self-knowledge.  The session is punctuated with small group breakouts to guide and nurture deep, divergent conversations amongst the attendees. We are a deep knowledgeable community and time needs to be taken to allow for knowledge transfer in peer to peer learning.  What makes this session novel is our attendees, our level of knowledge and experience that will be synergized strategically.

Learning objectives:  This session will enable you to:

· Understand your own moments of tentative commitment and how that has impacted your performance

· Describe and understand your relationship with uncertainty and turbulence

· Reframe and move your focus for change from the external to the internal

· Be able to apply five robust actions to your current behaviors

· Learn about/from others’ experiences and perspectives in a safe but divergent space
