Unleash Organizational Agility with a Talent Marketplace

Organizations around the world are grappling with rapid change, requiring them to adapt quickly. Add in AI and other automation, and the need for new skill sets, and a new way of thinking and behaving to support “agile” or dynamic ways of working is clear. Enter the Skills-Based Organization (SBO); a major shift in how work gets done. An SBO focuses on employees’ skills and capabilities over other traditional factors like job titles, education, or experience. This shift requires talent to flow within the organization to allow learning and application of new skills. How do we tackle such a big change? Introducing the Talent Marketplace, a digital platform to connect diverse and skilled people with project-based work, development opportunities, and networking connections across organizations.

Join us on October 17, 2024, to learn more about this emerging solution from an early adopter of these concepts, Bree Champagne from the Talent Impact Team at Bayer, who is using them to build their talent ecosystem. Please arrive at 7:45 a.m. for check-in and networking.

Learning Objectives:

  • The what and why of the push toward becoming "skills-based organizations"
  • An introduction to the Talent Marketplace including the benefits to an organization
  • Enablement measures for adoption and activation
