Organization Design has become a foundational offering for internal HR and OD. Business leaders are expecting internal guidance to create scaled and agile organizations able to move as fast as the external context. This webinar will provide an overview of the core operating model frameworks and methods in organizational design and highlight a few key tools for guiding leadership teams through making strategic organization design decisions.

In this session, Meredith will cover the following:

• Importance of blending consulting and analytical skills by asking the right questions, diagnosing root causes, and developing design criteria
• Review of and practice on how to apply 1-2 key tools that can be applied in the Ambition phase of an operating model and org design project
• How to anticipate and articulate the advantages and disadvantages of various design options

About the Speaker

 Meredith Paxton  – Meredith is a Senior Manager with Accenture Strategy’s Op Model & Org Design practice, partnering with executive leaders across industries to solve difficult business challenges by designing effective organization models that unlock value and fuel growth.

Meredith has more than 20 years of experience in consulting. With deep expertise in Human Resources, Meredith helped companies optimize their HR function and align HR initiatives to support business strategy. A veteran to program and change management, Meredith understands the unique needs of an organization amid disruption and is a trusted advisor to leaders embarking on organization design and activation. She has worked with clients in diverse industries.

Meredith has spent most of her career in consulting working for PwC and Accenture. She has also held executive positions in HR at Fidelity Investments and Accelion, a venture capital start-up. She holds a BA in Psychology from Rollins College, and an MBA from The University of Tampa. She is passionate about environmental sustainability and based in Houston, TX.
