Get Equipped To Use The Meeting Canoe

Join us on March 21, 2024 from 12 – 1:30 PM CST for a virtual learning session with Judy Oyedele, ACC, MSOD (she/her). During this session, you’ll learn about the Meeting Canoe —a framework that ensures meetings are not only productive but also engaging for everyone involved. The Meeting Canoe is a metaphorical vessel that guides you through the process of creating meetings that lead to meaningful outcomes. During this workshop, participants will not only experience being in the Canoe but also learn from case studies. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped with the tools and confidence to design and lead meetings and large-scale engagements that are more than just a time on the calendar—they're a valuable opportunity for collaboration and progress.

Key Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn the six stages of the Meeting Canoe Framework including when and how to apply them.
  2. Apply the framework to a real-world scenario.
