PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

“How You Think Is How You Lead”

Facilitator: Brian Wellinghoff,  BW Leadership Institute Partner

Everyone claims to have the secret when it comes to culture change.   We’re going to start with something more fundamental.   Join us as we help you redefine what a truly people-centric culture means and the leadership approach necessary to build it.   You’ll learn proven methods that can transform your organization – and have a real and lasting influence on people in every area of your life.  These aren’t just words:  It’s a process that has been used for 20 years in more than 80 acquisitions across the manufacturing and service industries.  It’s about a commitment to creating a people-first, leadership-building culture that brings harmony to people, processes and everything in between.  We know that people who feel valued prove they are valuable, again and again. To you. To themselves.  And to your organization.

Jim Reeves, Principal, ClearBridge Consulting

Jim Reeves started ClearBridge Consulting to focus on helping people in organizations work together more effectively through its mediation, facilitation, and conflict management services. For years, he litigated cases in court that should have been resolved through simple conversations.  As a consultant and mediator, Jim helps people have those conversations, avoid escalation, and find root-causes and solutions to build productive working relationships and effective communication.

PARKING:

1) First choice: There are plenty of 2 hour residential parking spaces surrounding the building (off Maryland down Topton or Lancaster Drive).  Residential parking is 1 hour limit in front of first 4 or 5 homes, drive further in for 2 hour parking. Residential parking is the most convenient option. BW Leadership Institute has never had an issue with parking times extending slightly over the 2 hour time.

2) Second choice: Should you have difficulty finding residential parking or prefer a parking garage, BW Leadership Institute will validate your parking in a local garage. The garage is about a 5 min walk away. Note: You must bring your ticket inside to be validated.
