OD professionals often work with leaders in organizations to help them create productive environments that nurture and support the people in organizations and achieve organizational objectives.  There is an amazing parallel between training service dogs to become helpful, supportive companions and the role that leaders play in organizations to create productive, supportive organizations.  Join us for this fun, informative, and interactive program designed to teach OD professionals leadership skills that are essential in every organization.

The presenter, Jim Reeves, is Principal of ClearBridge Consulting, a firm focused on dissolving communication and process barriers by working with individuals and work teams through mediative, facilitative, and educational interventions.  Jim has worked as a mediator and organizational consultant for over 25 years and is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Washington University in St. Louis and St. Louis University where he teaches courses in mediation, multi-party facilitation, and negotiation.  He has been a volunteer foster puppy raiser with Support Dogs, Inc. for 13 years.
