Continuing the Conversation: Thriving With Organization Development

The STL-ODN Annual Conference, held on April 21st, provided a great opportunity to learn alongside fellow OD scholars and practitioners.  This May program provides an opportunity to take a deeper dive and discover opportunities to apply what was learned in both your work and our communities.  A short summary of each session will be presented at the beginning of our meeting so that all attendees, those present at the STL-ODN conference and those who were not, can have a few moments to reflect on the key points.  We will then break into tables, World Café style, to discuss how to transform the key points into actionable steps that would help St. Louis thrive. You will have the opportunity to discuss more than one topic area with your colleagues and each topic table will present key learnings at the end.
