Program Description:

In this presentation you will be introduced to
some of the basic ideas of the Arbinger Institute
where a discovery has been made that solves an
age-old problem at the heart of the social
sciences. The problem is self-deception and this
problem is one of the most important causes in
ineffective relationships. As a result of this
presentation you will learn about the origin of
our essential influence in relationships. We will
examine the implications this has for an
important core competency in OD work.
