PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Are you frustrated that OD and HR aren’t seen as strategic partners and trusted advisors to other business leaders--including your CEO? Or that you and your colleagues aren’t included in the development of your organization’s corporate strategy?

It's time to act on this long-standing frustration of OD professionals and begin making the type of strategic contributions that can accelerate your organization’s success. There is no reason OD professionals cannot be as relevant as other leaders and be an integral part of developing and delivering strategy that drives value for stakeholders.

This session will discuss the issues that have prevented this progress and help you alter that course for the future. This will be a straightforward, interactive conversation with a successful CEO whose experience brings unique insight into how to participate in strategic conversations.

Interact with your colleagues and learn how thinking like a CEO can help you be a better OD practitioner and add more value to your organization.
