PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

The amount of information that children have to assimilate and the speed of change on their learning curve is nothing short of phenomenal. This session will focus on how to apply that childlike approach to adult learning and relay “best of class” leadership principles. There are many common traits of successful leaders. The speaker will share those common traits and illustrate how we can emulate them to “succeed like a champion” in our organizations. Topics to be explored include:

  • Communication Skills (Representing your personal brand in every situation in world class fashion)
  • Change Management (I love change…you go first)
  • Secrets of an Engaged Workforce (Every person’s job is critically important)
  • Common Traits of Successful Leaders (Succeed Like a Champion)

The simplest definition of a leader is someone that others want to follow. Learn how to turn on your natural leadership abilities in a way that will motivate and inspire… and have fun while you are doing it!
