Achieving Alignment Through Use of Root WHY Analysis

The importance of alignment is widely acknowledged, and OD practitioners are called upon as guides for building organizational capability through alignment of strategy, structure, people and process.  Well-designed initiatives can improve effectiveness at the individual, team and organizational level.

Many tools of the trade build awareness of personality and behavior styles – such as DiSC, Myers-Briggs and Strengths Finder. Other tools improve systems – such as LEAN and Six Sigma CQI and Root Cause Analyses. In this session you will learn how to perform a “Root WHY Analysis” that will empower employees to make wise and ethical decisions in alignment with personal and corporate mission and values.

This session will enable you to:

  • ·       Discover connections between personal meaning – your Root WHY - and organizational purpose
  • ·       Improve focus, efficiency, and decision-making skills
  • ·       Find more purpose and meaning in work and relationships
