PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Psychological Dilemmas of Leadership
Presenter:
Jeff Haldeman, Ph.D.
Because leaders are people first (strong, weak, contradictory, and at times, very alone), the ways in which they approach their leadership dilemmas will define them. Drawing on his 25+ years of experience as a consultant, manager, professor and author, Jeff Haldeman will present a model of leadership that focuses on the resolution of personal and work-related dilemmas at the heart of leadership development. Through a combination of metaphors, practical examples and personal experience, Jeff will guide us in exploring ways to harness our subjective points of view in the quest for leadership mastery.
Topics include: Leading From the Personal Center
