PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Applying Energy Leadership to Your Life and Organization

Presenter: James Lehman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Certified Professional Coach, Maneuvering Life Coaching, LLC

During any typical day, most people spend a great deal of time focusing on what’s wrong with their jobs, their organization, and their boss.  This negative “what’s wrong” way of thinking erodes morale, decreases productivity, and is often the cause of decreasing employee engagement.

You and your team members can be more productive, content, and have a positive impact on the organization and those around you through Energy Leadership.

Energy is our most valuable, and personal resource. Most of us are unaware of the type of energy we have, and how it plays out in our lives.  The way to become a powerful leader – and everyone is a leader – is to understand the power of energy.  Imagine what you and your team members could achieve by becoming more conscious of your level of energy, and make choices that increase power?

 Session attendees will learn about:

  • Anabolic and catabolic energy, and the levels of Energy Leadership
  • Self-perception of energy levels
  • Four energy blocks to look for
  • Shifting from unconscious to conscious energy choices

Each participant will also receive a one page Energetic Self Perception chart.
