PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Mentoring for Employee and Leader Development

Ask any successful executive about how their success was achieved, and they will often point to the advice and guidance of a significant mentor. Mentors help retain talent within an organization while helping those mentored develop themselves and find the right fit for their strengths. This session will examine the benefits individuals and organizations derive from focused mentoring and discuss the some of the best practices to get the most out of mentoring resources. It will also feature a panel discussion with participants in STL-ODN’s own mentoring program to share their experiences.
