  • The Heights - 8001 Dale Avenue, Richmond Heights, MO 63117

The need for organizations to assess and realign with the changing demands of the environment and customer expectations is critical to their success. In many cases, this realignment is creating a paradigm shift in how organizations see their business. An in-progress case study on the shift from a production centric business model to a service centric business model will be used to explain first-hand the need for innovative organizational design. Participants will engage in dialogue about the triumphs and challenges being experienced in organization design both from the case study and individual participant perspectives.
